How to use Create a Telegram Sticker

1. Drop in a GIF or image. Add the file you want as a sticker. A static PNG, JPG or WebP becomes a WebP sticker; an animated GIF becomes a WEBM video sticker, which is what Telegram uses for animation.
2. Press Create sticker. The tool resizes the file so one side is exactly 512 pixels, as Telegram requires, and compresses it under the platform limits: 512 KB for static stickers and 256 KB for video stickers. GIFs longer than 3 seconds are trimmed and frame rates above 30 fps are capped, matching Telegram's video sticker rules.
3. Download the sticker file. Static stickers download as .webp, video stickers as .webm encoded with VP9. Both are exactly what the @Stickers bot expects to receive.
4. Upload it with @Stickers. In Telegram, open a chat with the official @Stickers bot, send /newpack for static stickers or /newvideopack for video ones, then send the downloaded file as a document and pick an emoji for it.
